What does Panthera Elite do?

What We Do

  Panthera Elite is an athletic performance facility that offers personalized strength and conditioning for competitive athletes and working professionals.


At Panthera Elite, our mission is “Train for Transfer." Whether your goal is athletic based or a lifestyle change, training functionally is the most fun yet challenging method to achieve ones goals.

Methodology

Methodology

Panthera Elite prioritizes strength and conditioning to program for its clients.  In a fun, dynamic manner, we program with a sport focus for all of our clients, regardless of an age or ability. We have seen great success in clients pursuing weight loss, weight gain, athletic opportunities and improved confidence.

Sprint Training

Featuring our Woodway Curve Treadmills, with the ProSmart Embedded Touchscreen. We analyze sprint mechanics for optimal work output for clients of all abilities.

Resistance Training

In addition to the barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and medballs, we have pulley systems from Exxcentric. We also use 1080 Motion's Sprint2 to train in assisted or resisted formats.

Plyometrics

An important incorporation for speed/power athletes, and a fun component for casual athletes.

Sessions Lengths

When you book a session, anticipate sessions to range from 45 minutes to an hour.

I found Panthera Elite after moving to a new city and working too much that my health (both physical and mental) was beginning to suffer. Coach Sho provided me with the opportunity to see how he coaches and took the time to learn what my goals were and how he could help me achieve them. He has created a community that I love and helped me to achieve the goals I set, but also encouraged me to go beyond what I could possibly dream of. I've lost well over 20 pounds and not only transformed how I look but also how I feel about myself inside and out. I've learned to do Olympic lifts like power and hang cleans, I've run 2 half marathons improving my times each time, learned to do a pull-up and proven to myself that the scale is just a datapoint to showcase your progress. I look forward to training almost every day now and seeing how I can push myself past my own barriers. I have Panthera Elite and Coach Sho to thank for my fitness community that helps keep me accountable, my personalized plan to achieve my goals and my new ability to perform and tackle all that life can throw at me because now I roar back.
