One periodized training

 Get a speed assessment from Coach Sho Obemeata, lululemon train ambassador. He was at the Tokyo Olympics supporting track and field athletes in the summer of 2021.

The assessment is sport based, but will assess mobility, acceleration, form/technique, and more.

Coach Sho has extensive experience coaching speed and power athletes, specifically football and track and field athletes of all ages.
